Is it the same as Occrr Dating?
No. It's a separate service with separate profiles. Your dating profile is never shown on Matrimony, and your Matrimony profile is never shown on Dating.
Can a parent or sibling create the profile?
Yes. A profile can be created by you or by a family member, and it always shows who created it.
Who can join?
Adults who are of legal marriageable age in India: 18 or older for women and 21 or older for men. Every religion and community is welcome.
Which cities does Occrr Matrimony cover?
Occrr Matrimony is starting in Delhi NCR (Delhi, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad) and is open across India, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chandigarh. Families living abroad are welcome too. "Near me" shows people in your metro area, and you can switch to "Anywhere in India".
Is it free?
Yes. Creating a profile, sending 5 interests a day and chatting are free. Optional Matrimony Premium (30 interests a day, see who viewed you, read receipts) costs ₹99 for 1 month or ₹199 for 3 months, paid once. Nothing renews on its own. See our refund policy.
